Pan fried chicken wings 香煎雞翼
Ingredient: Frozen chicken wings 6 pieces

Marinade: Soy sauce, pepper, chicken essence powder, sugar, wine

Method:

1. Wash chicken wings thoroughly, remove the water

2. Place chicken wings in marinade, mix evenly, marinate 15~30 mins.

3. Put the chicken wings in Micromate without adding oil, cover with lid, heat for 4 mins.

4. Turn over the chicken wings, cover with lid, heat for another 3 mins.

5. Serve with different sauces of your choice.

Tips: Moisture of wings will affect the fried result, to reach an ideal fried result, remove the extra water before cooking. Marinate frozen or chilled food, add some chicken powder can reduce the
chilled taste.

材料: 急凍雞翼6隻

醃料: 生抽、老抽、胡椒粉、雞粉、糖、酒,各適量

做法:

1. 洗淨雞翼,抹乾水份

2. 將所有醃料加入雞翼,拌勻,醃15~30分鐘

3. 將雞翼放入微波寶,無須加油,蓋好,加熱4分鐘

4. 將雞翼反轉,蓋好,繼續加熱3分鐘

Baked garlic prawn 焗香蒜大蝦
Ingredient: Prawn 2~3pcs, chopped garlic, herbs, salt,black pepper

Method:

1. Wash the prawn, sop up the water with kitchen towel, cut on the belly.

2. Add salt and pepper, mix well, stuffed garlic intobelly.

3. Put butter or olive oil into Micromate, put prawn,heat for 6~7 mins,

4. Turn over the prawn, heat for another 5 mins, untilcooked.

Tips: Can add chopped chili or other sauce of your choice.

材料: 大蝦 2~3隻、蒜泥、香草、鹽、黑椒

做法:

1. 洗淨大蝦、吸乾水份、在蝦肚切開

2. 加鹽、黑椒,拌勻;將蒜泥放入蝦肚內

3. 微波寶內加適量牛油或橄欖油,放入大蝦,加熱 6~7分鐘

4. 取出,將蝦翻轉,再加熱 5分鐘至熟透。

小貼士: 可隨個人喜好在蒜泥內加入適量的辣椒或其他醬料

Boiled clam with Japanese sake 清酒煮蜆
Ingredient: Clam 1 catty, Japanese Sake 50cc, water 50cc, salt, pepper, sliced ginger, parsley

Method:

1. Wash clam, sop into salty water, change 3~4 times until the sands is removed.

2. Put everything except parsley into Micromate, cover with lid, heat for 6 mins.

3. Sprinkle parsley on top.

Tips: If alcohol is not preferred, Japanese Miso and Tofu can be a good choice to have a delicious Japanese soya bean clam

材料: 蜆一斤、清酒 50cc、水 50cc、薑絲、鹽、胡椒粉、芫茜碎,各少許

做法:

1. 蜆洗淨,用鹽水泡浸,重覆3~4次,至沙粒完全吐出

2. 將全部材料(芫茜除外),加入微波寶,蓋好,加熱6分鐘

3. 灑上芫茜碎,即成

小貼士: 如不喜歡清酒,可選用日本面豉醬及豆腐,即成美味的日式面豉煮蜆。

Pork rib & potato stew 薯仔煮排骨
Ingredient: Pork rib 1/2 catty, potato (medium) 1pce, carrot (small) 1pce, onion (small) 1/2pce, green onion few pieces

Marinade: Soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, corn starch

Method:

1. Wash pork rib, sop up the water with kitchen towel, add marinade and keep for 15 mins

2. Add small amount of oil in Micromate, put potatoes, carrots, onion and water, cover with lid, cook 3 mins.

3. Add pork rib, cover with lid, cook for another 10 mins.

4. Sprinkle green onion, mix it

Tips: If using frozen pork rib, add some chicken powder can reduce the frozen taste

材料: 排骨半斤、薯仔(中)紅蘿蔔(小)各1個、洋 蔥 (小)半個、蔥數條

醃料: 生抽、老抽、糖、蠔油、生粉,各適量

做法:

1. 排骨洗淨、抹乾水份,加入醃料,醃 15 分鐘

2. 放少許油在微波寶內,加入洋蔥、薯仔、紅蘿蔔、水,蓋好,加熱3分鐘

3. 加入排骨,蓋好,加熱 10 分鐘

4. 最後加入蔥段、攪勻、即可上碟享用

小貼士: 如選用急凍排骨,醃料可加入少許雞粉,減低雪蔵味道。

Boiled rice with chicken & mushroom 北菇滑雞煲仔飯
Ingredient: 1~2 cups of rice, chicken, mushroom, shredded green onion

Method:

1. Wash rice, add water, keep for 30 mins.

2. Wash the chicken and mushroom

3. Put the soaked rice and water in Micromate, add chicken, mushroom cover with lid, heat for 12 mins.

4. Remove Mircomate away, do not open the cover, keep it for another 3 mins. until the moisture has completely absorbed by the rice

5. Open up, add shredded green onion, soy sauce, done.

Tips: If using other toppings, with high moisture water used for rice soaking can be reduce accordingly.

材料: 白米1-2 杯,雞肉、冬菇、蔥花、醬油少許

做法:

1. 將米洗淨,加入適量的水,浸30分鐘

2. 雞肉、冬菇洗淨,切至合適大小

3. 將已浸好的米及水倒入微波寶,再放入雞肉、冬菇, 蓋好,加熱12分鐘

4. 取出,切勿開蓋,焗3分鐘至收乾水 5. 加入蔥花、豉油,即成

Ingredient: beef short ribs 1-2 pcs., Salt and Pepper

Method:

1. Wash beef short ribs, sop up the water, add salt and pepper

2. Put the beef short ribs into Micromate, no added oil, cover the lid, heat for 4 mins

3. Turn over the beef short ribs, cover the lid, heat for another 4 mins

4. Serve with different sauces of your choice

Tips: Moisture of meat will affect the fried result, to reach a ideal fried result, sop up extra water before cooking. If using chilled or frozen meat, add some chicken powder to reduce the “frozen

Instant noodle in soup 煮即食麵
Ingredient: One pack of Instant Noodle

Method:

1. Place instant noodle into Micromate, add hot water tocover the noodle, cover the lid

2. Heat for 3 mins, add seasonings, mix well.

Tips: Heating time shall be adjusted subject to different types of noodle

材料: 即食麵一包

做法:

1. 將即食面放入微波寶,加熱水至蓋過即食麵,蓋好

2. 加熱 3分鐘,加入調味料,拌勻即成

小貼士: 加熱時間因應不同種類的即食麵可能需要作調整

Pan fried salmon 香煎三文魚
Ingredient: Sliced frozen salmon, 1pce (150g), salt and pepper

Method:

1. Wash the salmon, sop up the water with kitchen towel

2. Add salt and pepper evenly on the surface of salmon

3. Put the salmon in the Micromate, cover with lid, heat for 5 mins.

4. Turn over the salmon, cover it, heat for 3 mins.

5. Serve with soy sauces and lemon juicy or miracle whip dressing of your choice.

Tips: Moisture of fish will affect the fried result, to reach an ideal fried result, sop up water before cooking. If choosing other fish with less fat, add some oil to achieve better result

材料: 急凍或冷藏三文魚一片 (約150g),鹽、胡椒粉少 許

做法:

1. 洗淨三文魚、抺乾水份

2. 將鹽、胡椒粉塗勻在三文魚上

3. 將三文魚放入微波寶,無須加油,蓋好,加熱5分鐘

4. 將三文魚反轉,蓋好,再加熱3分鐘

5. 可配以醬油或沙律醬享用

COOKED MINCED PORT WITH SALTY FISH 煮咸魚肉餅
Ingredient: Pork 1/2 catty, water chest nut 4~5pcs, sliced salty fish 1~2 small piece, shredded ginger, chopped green onion

Marinade: Soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, rice wine, water

Method:

1. Wash all ingredients, mince the pork (can choose minced pork), cut the water chest nut into small pieces

2. Mix all pork, water chest nut and marinade, keep for 15 mins

3. Put the mixed ingredients and salty fish in Micromate, cover it, heat for 12 mins

4. Sprinkle chopped green onion and soy sauce.

Tips: If using chilled or frozen pork, add some chicken powder to reduce the “frozen taste”.

材料: 豬肉半斤、馬蹄4~5顆、咸魚 1~2小塊、薑絲、蔥花少許

醃料: 生抽、老抽、塩、胡椒粉、糖、酒,水,各適量

做法:

1. 所有材料洗淨,豬肉(可選用免治豬肉)、馬蹄分別剁爛;

2. 將豬肉、馬蹄及所有醃料拌勻,醃 15 分鐘

3. 將拌好的材料放入微波寶,無須加油,蓋好,加熱 12 分鐘

4. 灑上蔥花及醬油,即可享用

小貼士: 如選用冰鮮豬肉,醃料內可加少許雞粉,減輕《雪蔵味》

BOILED MIXED VEGETABLES 上湯煮雜菜
Ingredient: 1. Mixed Vegetable 300g (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot), Chicken Soup 100cc, Salt and Pepper

2. Onion, Shredded Ginger, Garlic

Method:

1. Wash all vegetables, cut into small pieces

2. Put some oil and Ingredients (1) in Micromate, put the lid on, heat for 1 min.

3. Add ingredients (2), put the lid on, heat for 15 mins.

Tips: Texture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrot are tough, it is better to cut into small pieces to avoid over time cooking

Add small amount of oil and salt can make vegetables looks greeny.

材料: 1.雜菜 300g(西蘭花、椰菜花、紅蘿蔔)、清雞湯100cc、塩、胡椒粉

2.洋蔥、薑片、蒜茸

做法:

1. 洗淨所有材料,雜菜切成小件

2. 放少許油、將材料 (1) 入微波寶,蓋好,加熱 1 分鐘

3. 加入材料 (2),蓋好,繼續加熱 15 分鐘

小貼士: 西蘭花、椰菜花質地較硬,宜切成小朵,避免加熱時間過長。

煮菜時加少許油、塩,可令蔬菜保持翠綠

FRIED DUMPLING 香煎餃子
Ingredient: Frozen dumpling 8pcs, water 20cc, oil

Method:

1. Deforst is not required

2. Add oil in Mircomate, place frozen dumpling, add water, put the lid on, heat for 6 mins.

3. Serve with dumpling sauce, light soy sauce or Chinese vinegar as desired

Tips: If using home made dumpling, add 30cc water, heat for 7 mins to ensure the stuffing is well done.

材料: 急凍餃子8 隻,清水 20cc,油少許

做法:

1. 餃子無須解凍

2. 微波寶內加少許油,將子排好,加 2 湯匙清水,蓋好,加熱 6分鐘

3. 可配以餃子醬汁、淡醬油或陳醋享用

小貼士: 如選用自家制餃子,清水增加至3湯匙,加熱 7 分鐘,確保餡料完全煮熟

BACON WITH EGGS 煙肉煎旦
Ingredient: Bacon 2~3pcs, Eggs 2pcs, salt and Pepper

Method:

1. Wash bacon and sop up the water

2. Place the bacon in Mircomate, no added oil, heat for 2 mins

3. Turn over the bacon, add the eggs on top of bacon, heat for 2 mins

4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Tips: Adjust cooking time of eggs for how would like it to be done, however not over 3 mins.

材料: 烟肉2~3片,雞旦 2 隻

做法:

1. 烟肉洗淨,吸乾水份

2. 將烟肉放入微波寶,無須加油,加熱 3 分鐘

3. 加入雞旦,蓋好,加熱 2分鐘

4. 加少許塩、胡椒粉,即可享用

小貼士: 可以個人對雞旦的生熟程度,調整烹調時間,但不可超過 3 分鐘

BAKED CAKE 焗旦糕
Ingredient: Eggs 2pcs, Sugar 60g, Oliva Oil 50g, Milk 60g, Plain Flour 100g, Soda Powder 3g, Chopped Nuts

Method:

1. Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl

2. Add oliva oil and milk, mix it

3. Add plain flour and soda powder, blend it evenly, add nuts mix it again.

4. Put everythin in Micromate, heat for 12 mins.

Tips: Add some butter, taste better

材料: 雞蛋2隻,白砂糖 60g,橄欖油50g,牛奶 60g,普通面粉 100g,梳打粉 3g,果仁少許

做法:

1. 將雞蛋及白砂糖材料放入器皿內拌勻;

2. 加入橄欖油及牛奶,拌勻

3. 將面粉及梳打粉加入混合液中攪拌均勻,再加入果仁拌勻

4. 將面糊注入微波寶中,蓋好,加熱 12分鐘

小貼士:加入少許牛油,味道更香

BOILED RICE WITH CHINESE SAUSAGE 腊味飯
Ingredient: 1~2 cups of rice, Chinese sausage 2 pieces, shredded green onion, water

Method:

1. Wash rice, add water, keep for 30 mins.

2. Wash Chinese sausage

3. Put the soaked rice and water in Micromate, add Chinese sausage, cover it, heat for 12 mins.

4. Remove Mircomate away, DON’T open the cover, keep it for another 3 mins until the moisture is completely absorbed by the rice

5. Open up, add shredded green onion, soy sauce, done.

Tips: If using other toppings, such as pork rib, chicken, because those contain high moisture, water used for rice soaking can be reduce accordingly.

材料: 白米1-2 杯,清水 200cc、腊腸、膶腸各1條、蔥花、醬油少許

做法:

1. 將米洗淨,加入適量的水,浸 30分鐘

4. 取出,切勿開蓋,焗 3 分鐘至收乾水

5. 取出,加入蔥花、豉油,即成。

Method:

1. Wash duck breast, sop up the water, add salt and pepper

2. Put the duck breast in Micromate, skin side up, no added oil, cover the lid, heat for 4 mins

3. Turn over the duck breast, cover the lid, heat for another 4 mins

4. Serve with different sauces of your choice

做法:

Ingredient: Sliced frozen Saba, 1pce (130g), salt and pepper

Method:

1. Wash the saba, sop up the water with kitchen towel

2. Add salt and pepper evenly on the surface of saba

3. Put the saba skin in the Micromate, skin side up, cover it, heat for 4 mins

4. Turn over the saba, cover it, heat for 3 mins

5. Serve with soy sauces and lemon juicy or miracle whip dressing of your choice

If choosing other essaytyper fish with less fat, add some oil to achieve better result.

材料:急凍開邊鯖魚一條 (約130g),塩、胡椒粉少許

做法:

1. 洗淨鯖魚、抺乾水份

2. 將塩、胡椒枌塗勻在鯖魚上

3. 將鯖魚放入微波寶,無須加油,魚皮向上,蓋好,加熱 4 分鐘

4. 將鯖反轉,蓋好,再加熱 3 分鐘
